Shipping & Returns


Free shipping Australia wide with Express Post.

All items are made to order and will be sent within 7 business days after receipt of payment. If you require your pieces by a specific date please get in contact and I will do my best to get it to you in time.

Environmentally responsible packaging is used in the packaging of your piece of jewellery. All pieces are placed in a branded box and cardboard and recycled post bags are used to ensure your piece is secure. No plastic is used in the shipping of your piece.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered International with tracking at $15. This will take 5- 15 business days to major metro areas.  If you require express shipping please get in contact and we can discuss your requests.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, as all pieces are made to order. If a product you have purchased arrives with a fault, or there is an obvious manufacturing fault, a repair will be given at no cost. This does not include items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse. Buyers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the return.  Please carefully package the item in its original packaging materials and return via registered post.
